What we collect

When you apply to the network we collect: your name, email, country, payout method and the details you provide in your application. When you generate tracking links and serve traffic, we collect: IP address, user agent, referrer, click timestamp, and conversion events delivered via postback or pixel.

For traders and end users we collect only the data necessary for attribution and commission calculation. We do not collect more than the postback payloads our publishers choose to send us.

02

Why we collect it

We use this data to (i) evaluate and respond to your application, (ii) operate tracking and attribution, (iii) calculate and pay commissions, (iv) detect and prevent fraud and abuse, (v) comply with legal and tax obligations, and (vi) communicate with you about your account.

03

Lawful basis (GDPR)

For publishers in the European Economic Area we rely on the lawful bases of contract performance (operating your account) and legitimate interest (preventing fraud, operating the network). You may withdraw consent or object at any time, although doing so may affect our ability to keep your account active.

04

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with (i) the advertisers whose offers you promote, in aggregated or anonymized form for conversion validation, (ii) our payment processors to deliver payouts, (iii) regulators and law enforcement when legally required.

For end-user traffic, conversion payloads are visible to the advertiser whose offer received the conversion.

05

Retention

We retain publisher account data for the duration of the relationship and for up to seven years after closure for tax and compliance reasons. Click and conversion records are retained for up to two years for fraud investigation and dispute resolution.

06

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your personal data by writing through the contact channel indicated on this site. We respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

07

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to employees and contractors who need it to operate the network. We use industry-standard practices for backups, access logging, and incident response.
